  • 01. ARCHITECTURE GROUP FOUR employs many architects on its staff, working alongside specialists in building design and engineering. Architectural services that GROUP FOUR offers fall into two distinct categories: lead architectural and engineering services and technical specialist architecture for particular building types like Civil Building, Interior, Landscape, Urban Studies and Designs.
  • 02. CIVIL ENGINEERING GROUP FOUR has a wealth of experience of a vast range of civil engineering projects across the country. Civil engineering is a core skill in the planning, design, management and delivery of many infrastructure and urban regeneration projects. The ability to design buildings to be stable, strong, stiff and durable under all their imposed conditions while using materials economically is the essence of the GROUP FOUR’s priority.
  • 03. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT Because business change is generated through projects, capable project management is key to ongoing success. GROUP FOUR delivers projects intelligently and with a focus on business outcomes, not just a finished job. Finishing projects to the required time, cost and quality is vital.   • 04. CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING / SUPERVISION The principal objective is to ensure and strengthen the Technical Quality and Timeliness of the construction projects. The Construction Engineers / Supervisors will be carried out through deputation of the GROUP FOUR most qualified engineers under the responsibility of the Firm. The GROUP FOUR ’s site engineers/supervisors help planning, implement, supervise and monitor the construction work to which they are specifically allocated.
